My first impression is depth, complexity, and theatrics. It has a feel of the Victorian skull and bones style; an edgy modern “Interview with a Vampire”. The first section There are six sections of theater art. The first is a clip from the music video of “DarkerSide’, this clip alone is like an inviting stage of intrigue. It was so inviting I listened to the song.   The second section is a picture within a picture, three timers over, and a background picture;  just plain photography art with added Photoshop. The left top picture and right side text were more like an added dessert for the middle picture. The third section, a single close-up of the artist let me know that the tour is a personal experience. The fourth page with four links to the music videos and a simple right picture(from the video) conforms to the stage theatrics. The last two pages are both different in aspect, the fifth page is more art and the sixth is a simple color background with an insert pic to not distract you from the main reason for selling merch.

I would like to incorporate some artistry and theatrics in my blog/webpage.  It gives the site a

personal flare.

A simple site that uses color to attract you to delicious recipes. The pastels do not take anything away from the food. The in-depth page for macarons uses analogous colors opacity of pink and purple. Also having the page broken into sections of analogous and complimentary colors;  allows the editor to have two-like segments and a link section.  This gives me the idea that I could have a similar and dissimilar (text/pic) in the same section.

This site uses white space as a backdrop.  It let the items of tea and products be center stage. No need for flash and distraction, just tea.  This lets me see how whitespace can be used as art and not be a site of missing fillers.
